E.F.F.O.R.T. stands for Encouraging Fathers & Family On Responsibilities Today.  Like the name suggests it is a fatherhood initiative program geared towards motivating, helping, and providing young fathers (especially teen fathers) with information, support and resources to be all around good fathers and co-parents.    To learn more about our mission, our vision, and how we go about making the changes we want to see in OUR community contact us.
